If you haven't been in for awhile, you will probably be surprised to see so many new faces and exciting changes at Snohomish Valley Holistic Medicine. First, our new (and old) front desk team, consisting of Gail and Cyndy. Gail joined us in November, 2011 and brings great enthusiasm and organizational skills to her role as gatekeeper on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Cyndy has returned part time after taking a leave of absence. We are very glad to have Cyndy back (as are many of our patients) on Mondays and Fridays.

For who haven't heard by now, both Dr. Bowker and Charleen Van Horn, LAc are expecting babies in the very near future. If you happen to come in during the first part of 2012, you may meet Dr. Mary-Claire Miller, who will be covering for Dr. Bowker during her maternity leave or Erin Alberda, LAc, who will be covering for Charleen during her leave. Erin will also be growing a community acupunture practice here at our clinic and brings a lot of energy and new ideas.

Finally, Chandra Algard, LMP, will be sharing space with us two days a week. She is relocating her Bowen Therapy practice from Lake Stevens and is excited to settle in at Snohomish Valley Holistic Medicine.

We look forward to a very exciting 2012 and anticipate that all of the change will prove to be positive for our clinic and everyone we serve. Happy New Year!

We are very excited to announce that beginning this month, we will be welcoming a new practitioner, Erin Alberda, LAc. Erin is excited to grow a practice based on a community acupunture model. This service will be available on Wednesdays for a very reasonable fee of $25 per session. Appointments are not necessary, but please call ahead to verify hours and availability.
