Weight-loss for Women

Doctor Bowker will discuss Natural Approaches to Weight-loss. Participants will learn appropriate diet and nutrition recommendations, tips for increasing metabolism and starting a healthy exercise program, and a few easy recipes. Medical causes of weight-gain and obstacles to losing weight will also be discussed.
