Charleen Van Horn, L.Ac., LMP

Charleen Van Horn is a Licensed Acupuncturist and a Licensed Massage Practitioner. She has been treating clients with acupuncture and massage since 2002. Charleen received her Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Bastyr University and studied massage at Brenneke School of Massage. Charleen has additional training in Cranial Sacral Therapy, Reiki, Dr. Tan’s Balance Method for treating acute and chronic pain, and Acupuncture Facial Rejuvenation.

 

Charleen has worked in medical clinics treating a broad spectrum of illnesses. She has worked in specialty clinics that focus on treating chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and other life challenging illnesses. She has also worked in spas where the primary focus was using acupuncture and massage to relieve the tension and stress associated with daily life. Recently Charleen worked on a Royal Caribbean cruise ship providing acupuncture and massage to the guests onboard. This gave her the opportunity to treat a broad spectrum of conditions and to educate people about the many benefits of holistic medicine. In addition to her private practice, Charleen teaches massage and oriental medicine at Ashmead College in Everett.

Charleen specializes in the treatment of pain and is experienced in treating a wide variety of ailments.
