Dear patients,
I am available for in person appointments on Mondays and Thursdays but am still no longer seeing patients with fever, respiratory symptoms, or any COVID-related concerns in the office. I will continue to offer telemedicine visits as an option for any visit that does not require an in-person exam. I am also able to help facilitate COVID testing or provide home test kits for those wanting/needing testing that are not able to get a test through the health department. If you are seen in the office, masks are required and we ask that anyone entering the the clinic check temperature either prior to entering or immediately upon entering (a contactless thermometer is available at the front desk). I will do my best to take patients back promptly to avoid prolonged waiting, but please understand that sanitizing between patients may take extra time.
In health,
Stacy Bowker, ND
Dr. Bowker is currently credentialed with WA Apple Health plans through Molina and United Healthcare Community Plan. If you have a different Medicaid provider, you will need to change plans before seeing Dr. Bowker. If you have dual coverage, you will need to provide us with information about your primary insurance plan as well. If you have recently enrolled in a Medicaid plan, we will need to verify your eligibility prior to your appointment. Please be aware of the fact that Medicaid plans may not cover all of the services offered by Dr. Bowker, such as specialty laboratory testing.
As the founder of Snohomish Valley Holistic Medicine, Dr. Bowker is pleased to have built the foundation for an integrated medical community where patients can seek a variety of treatments from their choice of practitioner. While each practitioner located at Cedar Avenue Integrative Medicine maintains a separate "practice," all of the practitioners work cooperatively to restore health to individuals and promote health and disease prevention throughout the community.
